Enable/Disable Anti-Spam
By default all of our shared hosting accounts now come enabled with Anti-Spam.

Our spam filters are quite severe, if you think you might be losing the odd non-spam email please raise a ticket and we can whitelist specific domains as required. If you would prefer not to have any anti-spam enabled you can edit your domain's MX record in the DNS Zone Editor under the customer control panel. The MX record controls where your email is received.

By default your domain will have an MX record of antispam.yourdomain.com. To turn off antispam, change this to mail.yourdomain.com. Switching it back will turn anti-spam back on once more.

Please raise a support ticket if you experience any issues with anti-spam or the above tutorial.
